Discovery
SSV came to us with concerns about their ecommerce website. The website delivered a terrible user experience to customers who found it difficult to find products. The poorly built site significantly impacted their brand image and positioning.
SSV presented to us clear ideas and expectations of what they wanted for their website. They needed:

UX strategy and design
SSV’s primary concern was improving user experience through modern responsive design.
So, as professional website developers, with niche capability in UX design, we presented design ideas to the client, collected feedback and moved to implement. Our team launched an all-encompassing UX strategy, created wireframes that reflected the website’s goals and carried out in-depth customisation of the entire website. We masterfully transformed the old, sloppy website into an appealing site with attractive images, banners, and well-organized content from the homepage through product category pages.
An integral part of our UX strategy was designing the new website with mobile users in mind and optimising all pages for mobile devices. Apart from delivering a better browsing experience to customers, the mobile responsive website will help improve SSV’s search rankings.
Build
In the build phase, we concentrated on using an ecommerce solution that would give SSV the convenience to optimise their business, satisfy customer concerns and improve their revenue.
Hence, we built the new website using Neto. Neto is an innovative content management system that empowers ecommerce businesses with all the tools needed to build and sustain their online stores. It is an advanced, sophisticated CMS solution that helps you deliver an incredible online shopping experience to your customers while giving you the convenience to manage operations from one central hub. Our team has expert knowledge of Neto; we used the Neto platform to carry out a complete theme rebuild and customisation for SSV.
Using Neto, we implemented some advanced features such as the parallax effect and image hotspot. These features make the website highly interactive and encourage visitors to spend more time on the pages. They help SSV deliver the optimum user experience.
As with every other project, we made sure to execute the design phase in an agile mood, carefully piecing together and improving every feature until perfection.
Test and Launch
Satisfied with the outlook of the new design, our team moved to the test phase. We created a staging environment, installed the new design, customised it and carried out rigorous testing and quality assurance across multiple devices and browsers. After testing, we moved the website to a live environment, allowing SSV’s team to do their testing and quality assurance. They came back to us with some changes, which we implemented quickly.
After making sure that SSV was satisfied with the new website design, we prepared to launch.
